This shows that the government respects the principle of equal pay for work of equal value, and will be a new stone fortress in the fight against discrimination.
But let's press release below and see the facts. Perhaps the most important change is to reassess the value of work. Until now, the tax base of skills, business responsibility and working conditions, but taking into account the qualifications and new measures of market factors also added to this list. Significant changes to any information that the market is changing rapidly and new businesses popping even faster. While the biggest changes are on the way action, real changes recently in Ontario, where the teachers strike delivers results for people who work. But the results do not seem very good.

Elementary Teachers Federation of Ontario has long been against the education system in Ontario and finally decided to strike. Almost at the last minute prevented strikes and teachers to accept the government's offer. But now the association began to think that the offer provides for wage increases of around 10%, which is lower than the 12% increase that was originally offered in the fall. According to Peter Giuliani (President Elementary Teachers Federation of Ontario), the union agreed framework for "contract band" as preparation time control and monitoring of key tasks were removed from the treated. Union president David Clegg Clegg said that the education system in Ontario has always discriminated against female-dominated profession. Although arguments have long not a success for teachers and War of the right will surely anger.
